The pottery is oven safe, dishwasher safe, and suitable for the microwave. However, if it is a piece with delicate handles such as a trio or duo, I recommend hand-washing the piece. Also, all pottery is sensitive to sudden temperature changes. Avoid preheating or broiling on pottery.  Do not put your pottery on an open flame or on a heating element such as a stove burner

Care & Use

Each piece is a unique, handmade creation with its own personality. That’s one of the wonderful attributes of anything handmade! Even within sets of mugs, for example, the individuality of each piece is plain. All of the descriptions of volume and dimensions are averages. Due to the handmade nature of this pottery, it is not unreasonable to expect slight differences from item to item in regards to size, shape, and glaze.
